Concept model VisionD to make its domestic exhibition debut. Special-edition Fabia Monte Carlo and Superb Combi with L&K design packet. Yeti and Roomster “Bicolour”.

©KODA's stand at this year's Brno Motor Show (Autosalon) will be the venue for a number of national premieres. The biggest attraction is the Czech Republic exhibition debut by ©KODA's hot design concept VisionD. Model Year 2012 product innovations will be presented across the complete portfolio of the brand's series-production models. Over June 4 – 9, 2011, the Brno Exhibition Centre will be the place to go for all motoring fans; just like last year, visitors who show a ©KODA car key at the entrance gate will be entitled to free admission on Saturday, 4 June.

Offering a glimpse into the future of ©KODA, the VisionD is based on clearly defined shapes and features designed with utmost care and high attention to detail. The new logo that is placed on this design study and is going to be used on the brand's new models from 2012 is structured more clearly and looks more valuable than its predecessor. The economic targets set by ©KODA require a new focus, and the use of modern stylistic elements and the latest technology is a logical step.

Besides Model Year 2012 product innovations, ©KODA's model portfolio has been extended with “Bicolour” models of the Yeti and the Roomster (different colour of the roof). Another Czech Republic exhibition debut is to be made by the Fabia Monte Carlo, a sports-tuned special-offer model referring to ©KODA's motorsport achievements. The visitors will have a chance to try out the complete portfolio of ©KODA models in demonstration drives offered as part of support activities scheduled for the weekend days of the event. ©KODA Plus, a presentation of the brand's used car portfolio, is going to take place next to Hall P.

The brand is also going to present its latest portfolios of ©KODA Genuine Accessories and ©KODA Genuine Parts. Promoted by two-times cyclo-cross world champion (Elite Category) Zdenìk ©tybar as the official face, the new collection of bicycles in the ©KODA 2011 design is going to be represented by the Mont Ventoux (road bike), the Super 2000 (mountain bike) and the Octavia (cross bike). The Tour, a brand new product in the ©KODA design bicycle portfolio, is mainly suitable for city traffic and short distances.

©KODA Genuine Accessories and ©KODA Genuine Parts will be displayed on a special presentation wall to include a presentation of E-shop, an application that is going to be launched soon to become ©KOA Auto's new sales channel. Furthermore, the Brno Motor Show (Autosalon) will see a presentation of ©KODA Service – a full-fledged car care and customer mobility system.

As a new item on the event agenda, ©KODA will also focus on safety. Presented by experts from the Traffic Safety Research team, the “safety package” will include modern safety elements shown on an illustrative cross-section of the Yeti, educational films about crash tests, a description of the Traffic Safety Research team's mission and a presentation of child seats from the ©KODA Genuine Accessories portfolio (including correct installation demonstrations). Furthermore, the programme will include demonstrations as to how to correctly set the steering wheel, the seats and the seat belts. The brand will also present the latest version of “Playful ©KODA”, an online cartoon application designed to teach traffic rules and principles of safe behaviour to both children and adults.

©KODA's presentation will be located in Hall P of the Brno exhibition Centre, Stand No. 12. A meeting between representatives of ©KODA and media will take place at ©KODA's stand on Friday, 3 June, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
